Haitian Spaghetti (Espageti) 🍝
Growing up, nobody called it Haitian spaghetti. It was just espageti. Thin sliced sausage, epis, a thick tomato sauce that hugs every noodle, and boiled eggs on the side. Breakfast, lunch or dinner.
