Signed Books purchased on RootedinJs.com
- Final Sale: Signed books are non-returnable and non-refundable, except when the item arrives damaged or defective.
- If damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Other Merchandise apparel mugs and more
- Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused in original condition and in the original packaging.
- Return label: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged defective or incorrect.
- Refunds if approved will be issued to your original payment method.
Amazon purchases
Books purchased through Amazon are covered by Amazon’s return and refund policy. Please process those returns directly in your Amazon account.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Digital products downloads or eBooks
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom products special orders or personalized items
- Perishable goods food flowers plants
- Personal care goods beauty products
- Hazardous materials flammable liquids or gases
Damages or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective damaged or if you received the wrong item. Email rootedinjs@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item please return the original if eligible and place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition received unused with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
- If approved a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
