TONI JEFFERSON • ROOTED IN J'S

From Miami roots to Central Florida food forests.

I'm Toni. A gardener, a mother of four, and a Realtor helping families plant roots that last. Born and raised in sunny Florida, I brought that vibrant Miami tropical energy to Central Florida, and now our whole yard feeds our family.

Our story: growing a legacy

My journey into serious gardening truly began when I met my husband, Jermaine. Together we're building a food forest, a place where our four beautiful babies can see exactly where their food comes from.

I come from a hardworking Haitian family, raised by a grandmother who taught me that the best meals are rooted in tradition and fresh ingredients. Today I'm passing those Grandma approved skills down to my kids, often with a baby on my hip and a garden trowel in hand.

Real estate: finding your ground

I don't just help you find a house. I help you find a home where you can grow. With more than 10 years in Florida real estate and a focus on Polk County, my mission is to help families find their own slice of Florida to cultivate.

Fun facts and superpowers

Superpower: corporate project manager by day, Realtor by night, gardener and content creator in every spare minute in between.

The mom math: four kids, a new meal cooked daily, and enough mom guilt to make sure family time always wins. That's why you'll see Jermaine and the kids in everything we do.

Also happening: writing a few books at the same time. Sleep is on the waitlist.

Garden strategy: I grow whatever the kids decide to attack and eat first.

"You're not a real gardener until you've lost a few."
