About Toni

Born and raised in sunny Florida, I moved from Miami to Central Florida five years ago and brought the tropical garden energy with me. When I am not holding a baby, filming in the backyard, or logged into work to keep the corporate world spinning, you will probably find me outside stubbornly trying to rollerblade again. My favorite place to skate is the Hollywood Boardwalk, even if I still use the grass as my emergency brake. Progress, not perfection.

I come from a hardworking Haitian family and was raised with a Haitian grandmother who taught me the kitchen essentials and the traditions that make every meal taste like home. That love for fresh food grew even deeper when I met my husband, Jermaine. He inspired me to take gardening seriously and now we are building a food forest together while raising four beautiful babies.

Gardening keeps me grounded, healthy, and just sane enough to keep it all going. I love showing that anyone can grow real food anywhere, even with a baby on your hip and a meeting starting in five minutes.

And yes, I also sell homes. Real estate is my other playground. I focus in Polk County, helping families find a place where they can plant roots too. You can reach me at toni.jefferson@kw.com.
